“Location is good, close to Tram station. staff is friendly. Cleanses is bad. room window glass were covered by bird excrement. some facilities in room were covered by a thick layer of dust. toilet didn't work sometimes.....”

“The hotel is good and functional, convenient location just minutes from the city center. The room was clean, and even though we arrived super late at night, the staff was kind and welcoming, which we really appreciated. That said, I had booked a room for three people, and the hotel informed me ahead of time that the sofa bed wouldn’t be made, but they’d leave clean sheets and duvet.
