“The actual stay was fine, but I was already 4.5 hours into my drive to the property and 1 hour from getting there and they informed me the dryer was broken. I was very frustrated because I got this place because of long hours at work and did not want to go to a laundromat. Secondly, after I checked out, I did get in a hurry in the morning because it was because I couldn’t extend my stay because my job ran over And forgot my side arm there. This was really awful for me, since they were already on their way. Yes it sleeps 4, but a queen bed and a queen pullout. As Seniors, this just doesn’t work. I feel I deserve a partial refund from Expedia.”
