“整個酒店200間房看來只有5至10間是出租..我門口的走廊的燈是未完成..令整條酒廊都很暗很不安！出租圖中有煮食爐但沒提供..到大堂詢問..整天只是回答你「處理中」..但毫無改善.. 我間房是在盡頭..加上沒燈在走廊..左右房間均沒住客..要求轉房..但他們每次都是回答「我會幫助你轉房」..但我入住了4天！足足4天！根本沒改變！”

“Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten Lage in Hurghada. Leider war sie nicht ganz sauber; es lag Staub überall, und die beiden Badezimmer hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch. Der Strand, Restaurants und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung an sich kann ich empfehlen, jedoch sollte auf die Sauberkeit mehr Wert gelegt werden.”

“When we checked in, the washer wasn’t connected, the faucet sink was loose, and the bathtub hadn’t been cleaned. I reported it to the front desk late at night, and they moved us to a different room the next day. I really appreciate how they resolved the issues. The staff were very kind and accommodating.”
