“Its a great place to stay in Passau. I just have two remarks. 1. Checkin is at 15 hr and the reception is only staffed until 15:30. I think the gap is too short although the hotel provided information in advance about self checkin. We arrived before 15 hrs so it was possible to checkin in person which we prefer. The staff was friendly and the room was already available which was great. 2. Breakfast is a bit too std but the price is reasonable”

“Sehr guter Aufenthalt. Sehr freundliches Team, durchgängig. Mochten den kleinen Fitnessraum. Das man genug Handtücher für den Besuch der Therme bekommt. Wifi nicht stark genug zum streamen oder Videocalls. In der Garage eine 11KW Ladedose fürs E-Auto (etwas schwach aber vorhanden). Frühstück sehr nett allerdings nichts zur Auswahl bei besonderen Bedürfnissen wie zB Laktoseunverträglichkeit, Gluten etc Dennoch immer gerne wieder. ”

“Sehr schönes modernes Hotel! Super Spa Bereiche, gutes Essen und vorallem sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Egal ob beim Check in, im Restaurant oder im spa Bereich. Die Mitarbeiter geben einem das Gefühl hier sehr willkommen zu sein und haben Spaß an ihrer Arbeit. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch Raphael aus dem spa, der extra für uns 30 Minuten früher zur Arbeit gekommen ist, damit wir alle eine Massage bekommen ( es war sonst alles ausgebucht) Echt top!
