Very friendly staff, clean comfortable room that was very quiet. Pool was nice. 1 star deducted only for the craters in the parking lot that could swallow a small car. Breakfast was fine and is average hotel fare.

There was no toiletry supplies in our room. Very loud throughout the hotel even though it was not busy, you could hear every footstep and conversation.The hot water, was actually scolding hot, could only turn on about half way after burning arm. Staff had zero concerns when I said my stay was only Ok at checkout in the morning and wanted no conversation about it.

Please, never accept room 214. It is right above the lobby and the sliding door in the lobby booms throughout this room. It sounded like a 1960’s hot rod starting up outside in the parking lot every time the door opened/closed. It made for a very miserable nights sleep as the door opened on a regular basis until about 1:00 AM and then occasionally all night long. Wasn’t impressed by the breakfast either but some of that may have been because of the terrible nights sleep. They may have given us the room (right next to the elevator as well) because we booked through Expedia but no way of telling. Either way, avoid this hotel entirely, or demand a different room if they assign you to 214.

They were under construction and we weren't informed. Also the sidewalks were not shoveled or salted. The room was okay but the door seal was broken and the toilet loose in the bathroom. Pool was freezing and there was construction dust everywhere.

Hotel was under renovations and I was unaware when I booked. The staff was absolutely amazing and addressed our needs immediately. They were really nice. However, we had an issue with our room and the Manager was supposed to contact us. I tried calling back after the weekend for a follow up, and I never received a call back. I followed up again a week later and still no call back. It’s been a month now. I was assured I would get a call back this time, nope!

Pretty poor experience for multiple reasons. Asked if I wanted housekeeping throughout my week long stay. I of course said yes…. Never got housekeeping once. Construction was as going on for my entire stay as well. In the morning until going to sleep. Nice little surprise as you show up out of town and already booked the hotel. The receptionist told me it was all finished in the rooms, it’s just the lobby. That was a blatant lie. They would be working on rooms on the second floor in the evening while I was in my room. My shower door was broken, the remote to my tv didn’t work fully. The toilet would barely flush. I’m sorry to leave such a negative review, but it really was just an awful experience from the moment of arrival to leaving.

The property was under construction during our stay. The main entrance was blocked by construction, the business center was not available due to construction, and the stairwell was being refilled which limited access. The front desk was accommodating and gave me a late check out given the lack of business center. The walls were thin, so it was easy to overhear other rooms. The rooms were bland and lacked artwork or character. The duvet did not have a full duvet cover which did not feel very clean.

A little hard to find because there are a bunch of hotels groups together in maps and the sign for the hotel isn’t visible from where maps takes you. Hotel is also under renovation but is super clean and quiet. Stuff is very friendly and helpful.

This is our go to hotel in Saginaw We were disappointed upon arrival that renovation are still ongoing with what looks like little progress to the front of the building- we were last there March 2024. Parking lot is rough. Room was good , bed was comfortable Breakfast was the usual. Interior main areas need a refresh Lots of kids running the hallway, it was early in the evening but I don’t understand how parents allow this We were woken up at 415am to a woman and man having a loud conversation in the stairwell again no care in the world- it was all about them. I know the hotel can’t control some of this but still frustrating when you pay for a room We’re hoping to see a finished renovation by our next visit
