“This property was perfect for our last minute ski trip to Schweitzer! While it was a long drive from the mountain it was well stocked with all the amenities we could need and the kids especially enjoyed the Nintendo switch!The only thing I would say is to make sure you have a capable 4WD vehicle as it is deep in the woods with a lot of hills and turns and a big hill down to the driveway that gets icey. ”

“This holiday house is wonderful. The large deck with amazing views can't be beat. Nice to have a sandy beach for our toddler to play and also below the sea wall the water is out a bit so as to leave room to walk and play on the dry rocks or in the shallow water where the waves gently roll in. The dock is very long with seating and umbrella at the end to while away the hours. Room on one side of the dock to easily bring our kayaks up onto the grassy shore. “We knew from the pictures and other reviews that it is an older home. We chose it because of the proximity to Silverwood. It is just a few minutes drive. We did not anticipate the very old furniture with holes in the upholstery, and holes in the carpet. The kitchen did have all the necessary equipment but a little short on silverware. There air conditioner works well. The lawn on the backside of the house was nice. The host can’t control nature but the wasps were terrible. Overall this house……

“This sweet spot was the perfect place for my daughter and I to get away and spend time together. Surrounded by pines, it is so peaceful. We enjoyed the warmth of the fire while watching the weather outside. Everything is high quality and cozy. Definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed. ”
