As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, a kettle, a freezer, a toaster, and microwave. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. Wifi is available at the restaurant.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and satellite channels.
There is one separate bedroom in this apartment which contains 2 single beds, 1 foldaway single bed, and 1 small sofa bed only suitable for a small child.
There is a separate bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels and beach towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
Pool access and private beach access is included in your stay.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the apartment.
- There is free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Palm Beach Piazza, part of the Orbit group, does not accept ORFI couples. As a couple, if at least 1 adult is of egyptian origin, then an official Egyptian marriage certificate is required.
- You do not sub-let the apartment.
- You supervise your children at all times.
- Observe quietness between 9pm and 7am
- Do not leave your electricals, i.e chargers on through the night. We will not take responsibility for damage to your personal
items due to this.

- You report any fault or damage to Reception immediately.
- Please be mindful and careful around the pool and beach area to avoid any injury.
If you are found to breach any rules, you will be asked to leave immediately.
