“The check-in iPad was not connected to the internet, so did not allow us to check in. Without having the ability to make international phone calls we would have been unable to check in successfully. Be aware of this if you plan to book. There was also no cold water able to come out of the bathroom taps. Hot water was fine. Bed was pretty hard, otherwise they were fine. ”

“This hotel is amazing!! We were glad it was our last hotel as we would have been very disappointed with all of our other hotels in other cities if we would have started with this one! 4 separate beds, a nice living room area, a nice bathroom, and small kitchen. The only suggestion is some kind of hanger contraption would have been handy to dry laundry. We were able to rig up a clothes line between the closet area and our suitcase. ”

“綺麗で、デザインのセンスも良く、スリッパ置き、傘立てもスリムに置かれていた。食器や鍋も揃っており、とても便利でした。冷房の効きが少し悪かったのが残念です。”

“優點： 好近長崎車站，在哪個景點都易於到達，房間設備齊全，光亮乾淨。 缺點： 隔音不好，外面聲音易傳入屋，帶耳塞沒問題。拖着大行李上下樓梯都是痛苦的。 但整體住宿是非常好的，有機會再去長崎一定再住這裡。”

“無人ホテルが初めてだったので戸惑いはありましたが大きな問題なく使用でき、部屋もキレイで使いやすかったです。 チェックアウトの時のゴミ捨て場がわからず、確認も取れなかったのでゴミは仕方なく持ち帰りました。唯一のネガティブな部分でした。”

“房間乾淨，不過其中有一張床墊有點凹陷，不太好睡。我們是住較大房型，有三張雙人床，一張單人床。 有小廚房洗衣機等。我們住宿三晚很方便。 門口的路狹小，要先停在巷子口停車場，或是行李少的話，河旁邊的停車場費用較便宜。 入住自取鑰匙的指示是明確的，但是如果天黑之後才抵達會不好找，所以早點到比較好。”
