“Place was very cosy particularly the heaters on cold winters day. Location was ideal, just of the highway, 4k to city centre, on arriving very tired fish and chip store only 2 doors away and then after a long day at Sovreign Hill the next day just 8 doors the other way to the pub. Very clean. I certainly recommend this property.”

“Very very average. Air con doesn’t work, lamp broken and wobbly in bedroom, spa way too hot and cannot be adjusted (had to find a hose and add cold water) the couch is very uncomfortable. Overall it’s aged and odd. Not even good to take pets as there are no fenced off area’s.”

The bedding was super comfy and heating in all rooms. Kerry was perfect as host xhecking that we were OK and passing on her contact details. Even the Keysafe worked first time!!!! Will definitely be back”
