“We actually didn't stay at this hotel, we were on the other side of the St Lawrence River and the EXPEDIA APP said it was 23 km from our position, so we reserved it then put it into our GPS and it said 2 hours and 10 minutes away!! Drive back to Levis, over to Quebec City and then up the river. The agent at the hotel was fully understanding of the issue and said she would wait for the request to cancel and refund fromEXPEDIA, Our refund was credited back the next day. Thank you ”
