“Location is incredible with this property just one block off St. Armands Circle. Home was well appointed with recreational amenities and had a well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms all had en-suite bathrooms and large closets, great light from many windows. Home has a waterfall edge hot tub connected to the pool in the yard. “This condo is located in one of the four quadrants of St. Armand Circle, putting it just steps away from shopping and restaurants. Despite the impact of hurricanes Helene and Milton in late 2024, many restaurants and shops have recovered and are open for business, which was a pleasant surprise.The condo itself is very spacious, featuring a bedroom and a large living room.
