“The room was a really good size with a large shower and a kitchenette. The parking was secure and the centre of town was walkable. I wasn't so happy about picking up the keys from a different location and then trying to find where we were staying with limited directions. A map would have been useful. The breakfast wasn't worth calling a breakfast but there is a nearby crockery that sells all the usual stuff.”

“I liked everything. This was a one night stay on the way to somewhere else. It is extremely quiet at night, the staff is super friendly and the breakfast is a dream. Also, it is a beautiful place. ”

“We werden er zeer goed ontvangen, het inchecken verliep vlot. Zeer nette kamer en badkamer, goed bed. Het uitgebreide ontbijt was super lekker en met allen lokale producten en zelfgemaakte confituren en yoghurt. De rabarber cake, gemaakt door de vrouw des huize was ook zeer lekker. “Lovely place for an overnight stop from the tunnel. Quad family room is perfect as mezzanine space for the teens and lovely grounds to excercise the dog, with bowls and bed provided. Swimming pool open until 10.30pm and lovely and warm - ideal after a long drive. Restaurant looked gorgeous but fully booked, so top tip - book up. We will be back - thank you. ”

“Lovely young couple run the chateau and they do everything they can to make the stay perfect. We had dinner which was a fixed menu but really good quality. They gave us a choice of pastries for breakfast. Just a short journey from Calais. ”
