The breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.”

“The hotel location is great, which is 5-7mins walk from the central station. 10mins walking distance to all sites in the city. Hotel has nice inner design and you’d love it when you walk in the hotel, a place where you may want to stay leisurely and lazily in the hotel more than visiting the site. It was a pleasant surprise when you entre the room, with the comfort space you need for travelers for everything. Nice and clean, simple but with a good taste in terms of inner design. Excellent!”

“前台員工服務優秀，地理環境好，酒店房間不算寬敞，但佈置舒適，淋浴水壓太弱，沐浴區設計失敗，需要用額外時間洗澡，House keeping服務差亦不會更新房間個人衛生用品，房間整潔到欠佳，如駕駛到酒店使用酒店停車場建議先跟酒店員工溝通，停車場出入口尋找困難，而且空間狹小需要格外留神”

“房間乾淨有兩種硬度的枕頭可選擇，洗澡跟洗頭是同一瓶沐浴用品，沒有牙刷與牙膏，周圍環境較偏僻沒有太多餐廳，房間大小不大但隔音很差，聽的到隔壁在廁所說話的聲音及進出或是打掃房間的聲音。”

“Hotel was lovely, tastefully decorated and to a good standard. Breakfast was good value for money. Rooms a touch warm so needed the air con on as the windows only opened a touch. Staff could do with smiling when you check in, felt like it was a bit on an inconvenience but it was fine. Couldn’t check in till 3 which they advertise and happy to look after luggage so you can venture out to the city.”

“Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.”
