“You are staying on a boat on land however it was modernised with flushing toilets and hot water and heating. Hosts Lynette and Angus were lovely and could not do enough for us, loved our welcome treats and nice touches throughout the boat. Perfect for a couple with medium size dog. The cabin is a thoughtfully designed self-contained pod, built with natural materials, plenty of nice design touches, and careful thought put into maximizing a small footprint. This self-contained unit includes, a kitchenette, fire stove, and parking. Its position on a quiet hillside afford visitors with a gorgeous view of mists rolling down the hills to Loch Awe. “Stayed for five nights amidst our month of Scotland travels. A bit away (hour or so drive) from most tourist locations if that's what you're looking for. Amazing restaurant a few miles away. Fiona and Andy were just great and had lovely neighbors. Helps to gather groceries in Oban before coming in. Lots of sheep! Didn't get to the BBQ but its a great option!”

“We arrived after a 9 hour drive to the air bnb and were greeted with the house being super homely! Great garden and surrounding walks. All rooms were well equipped with everything they needed and we were left biscuits and coffee to enjoy throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and large lounge. Steve, the host, who met us at the property was very friendly & helpful. For us the best part was the view of Loch Long & watching the boats come & go. We were lucky as the puffer boat moored up at the pier & we got to go aboard to have a look around. Highly recommend. ”
