“Set in a beautiful area with direct access to the beach. A huge enclosed garden for our dogs and seating areas following the sun. The property is tastefully decorated and spacious it’s well equipped. I personally loved the peace listening to the waves at night, drinking coffee outside watching the sun coming up, long walks on the beach with the dogs. There is a small cafe across the road from the property. Arbroath about 6 miles away so shop before you arrive. A perfect getaway property……

“On a spacious site by a river, we were welcomed to this superb accommodation by casual and friendly hosts and enjoyed the sporting facilities like golf, tennis, snooker walks and cycling and as well as the castles, restaurants and other amenities in this lovely area. We had only one infant but he too was well catered for.”

“We stayed here for my sisters 50th and loved every minute of it. The view from the garden was out of this world, it made the break. The cottage was cosy and whilst some of the decor wasn’t perfect the description was accurate and as described. We will be back, the view was outstanding and lovely wee pubs in walking distance too. “EXCELLENT GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT. HANDY ACCESS AT BACK GATE TO OUR CAR WHICH WAS PARKED AT THE SIDE. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE BEDS, PLENTY OF HOT WATER AND ALL MOD CONS. EDZELL IS A LOVELY SMALL TOWN WITH SOME GREAT WALKS NEARBY. EMILY WAS A PERFECT HOST WHO EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US ON ARRIVAL. WE WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN STAYING HERE AGAIN.”
