“We stayed there 1 night. And the bed was comfortable and we had also some small kitchen with a fridge. The woman at the check in and out was very nice and helpful. ”

“Prima hotel voor op doortocht en waar je de auto veilig kan parkeren op binnenplaats. Wel van te voren reserveren ivm beschikbaarheid. Tevens een goed restaurant ernaast ook op tijd reserveren.”

“Splendid little place high on the hill behind Chinas with huge views. Really welcoming, handy little private garden with our room, good pool at a comfortable temperature. Food was good simple family cooking but very well executed. We have eaten in more expensive places in the region but sometimes after a long drive something non-challenging is just what the dr ordered. Lots of wine for sale and the well stocked fridges in the room were at cellar door prices. What not to like? We will……

“The location is good. Brit hotels are normally next to the train station and it's what I need when traveling alone, but it's of course it's not the best service and isolated from the touristic scene, but not far also.”

Schon aufgrund dieser Aufteilung und der geschmackvollen Restaurierung mit vielen liebevollen Details ist es ein Schmuckstück. Der Garten, der fast schon ein Park ist, das Plätschern des nahegelegenen Flusses und nicht zuletzt die Fußnähe einer bezaubernden Altstadt mit Markthalle und vielen Läden und Cafés gibt Anlass, nicht nur für eine Nacht zu bleiben. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. ”

“Having stayed several times at Vannos and thoroughly enjoyed the experience this was a disappointment. There were no amenities in the bathroom such as shower cap, moisturiser etc.”
