“Wonderful small hotel in university area of Toulouse. Very convenient to many sites. We were only there for one night but we were greeted so warmly and offered an upgraded room. Our room was lovely! “Very welcome reception, Frederick was helpful and informative about all aspects of the hotel and the neighbourhood. The hotel is very basic though there is a kettle and coffee and tea in the bedroom. “We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel.
