“This is such a beautiful home. It is located in a quiet area close to the center of Poitiers. The house is very large, so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Phillipe is such a wonderful host. He was so incredibly kind and generous with his time. He drove all the way from Paris to meet us. We arrived early, so he had a friend meet us at the house to make sure we were able to get in. We had so much fun getting to know Phillipe. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely……

“The host very kindly allowed us to arrive after the final show at Futuroscope (so around 11:15pm). Was easy to contact him and got prompt replies. The studio apartment was clean and comfortable. I would note that you do need to take your own bedding and towels. The studio is also at the top of two steep stairways, so if you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you. For us a family of 5 it suited our needs perfectly and we would stay again. Thank you Sylvain.”

“What an awesome place to take a vacation. We were a family of 16 and used all 3 charming gites in Princay. Each gite offered its own unique character, giving us a true taste of French living. The gites were comfortable, well equipped and perfect for relaxing after days exploring the region. We loved the outdoor space and pool area. With added bonus of the games room.
