“What a change of scenery this was compared to living in a city! Now that I'm back home, I miss the sounds of nature from this place. At first, the sounds of the insects, goats and chickens was kind of a shock to my system. I had a hard time sleeping for the first night or two. But I totally got used to it, and now I miss it. “Breakfast, pool bar, housekeeping and Fisherman village staff were all friendly professional attentive. Had a great experience. Guest with small kids, please take note you can only go to 2 /3 of the onsite restaurants. Stone bar is only for adults NO kids. We weren’t told this at check in or when we made the reservation for dinner. It was quiet upsetting when we arrived with our 8 year old and was turned away. “This is a charming hotel. The rooms are traditional, with some modern upgrades (the TV has a US Roku - a good choice for US visitors, although unfortunately it doesn't really work for UK visitors). “Facing the Atlantic Ocean, I can hear the sound of waves lulling me to sleep at night, which helps me sleep very well. While the location is a bit distant from the city center, it's highly recommended for those who enjoy tranquility. The room is very new, with many amenities just replaced, though it lacks some electrical appliances like a hairdryer and kettle, perhaps because it has just opened. The staff's service is exceptional, always there to assist me.”

The Pavilion area is such a cool vibe with the pool and restaurant right there to use as well. Very close to the Hyatt and many other bars/restaurants. Wilfried is very friendly and helpful with everything you need to know to enjoy your visit. He helped with restaurants as well as rental car/airport pick up. His property……
