“Everything was great, the space. We would love to stay there again. I would just say the outside furniture was a little dirty but that’s completely understandable with outside wildlife around! But we would absolutely stay there again!”

“We needed a place to accommodate our family for a stay to visit family. House was very clean and listing was accurate. 3 bedroom was a pull out futon. Parking was off-street. ”

“We rented this townhouse for a month for my son's surgical residency rotation at Cristiana Care. It was a perfect location and easy to get to and from the hospital. Owner was very responsive with any questions / concerns which we appreciated. Very quiet and close to grocery stores. Even had a Trader Joe's close by!”

“The dome and surrounding areas looks like it does in the photos, and using the compost toilet, shower, etc were pretty easy even for a camping novice like myself. The farm is beautiful and quiet. Good opportunities for birding too. I never saw or heard the gentlemen who live in the farmhouse, I only saw their cars come and go. I came here for rest and a connection to nature, and that’s what I got. I’d love to come back in the future! I think it would be even nicer later in the spring.”

“We attended a wedding across the canal from this house at the Chesapeake Inn. It was very cool to see these really large ships go by as we sat on the deck. Very nice accommodations here! Jane was a great host!”

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The property is clean the host is great and responsive. The amenities are modern and the neighborhood is quiet and close to the highway. ”

“Mohammed was such an amazing host to us, even before we checked in! We were a little early & saw him prior to check-in, he assured us whatever we may need don’t hesitate to give him a call. The location was great, very easy to get to other places in a nice quiet neighborhood. The entire house was comfortable and nicely decorated. Mohammed is such a great host that at checkout we were still cleaning a little and he let us stay until 1pm free of charge even with another guest coming after us!!!……

“Neatly renovated small house, walkable within Chesapeake City, MD. Uncluttered and clean with an amazing private hot tub! Owners very easy to work with, would stay again!”

“First impression of the “hood” was scary. Unit is what appears to be part of a housing “project “. But, we decided to go in and check it out before making any rash decisions. We were delighted to walk into a cute little town house with nice furniture, a huge TV ! This is a split level unit and not at all ADA/wheelchair accessible. Unit has downstairs living room, dining room and kitchen. Up a very narrow and steep staircase are 2 bedrooms and the only bathroom. Unit is clean and appears to be……

“This property has everything you need for a friends weekend. Pickelball, pool, basketball, even golf hitting net were all used by our group and we enjoyed the TV room and large outdoor space. Takes a little navigating to get there, but the directions were well done and communication with the owner was great. They were very responsive to all of our questions. Would highly recommend this place for groups.”
