“First impression of the “hood” was scary. Unit is what appears to be part of a housing “project “. But, we decided to go in and check it out before making any rash decisions. We were delighted to walk into a cute little town house with nice furniture, a huge TV ! This is a split level unit and not at all ADA/wheelchair accessible. Unit has downstairs living room, dining room and kitchen. Up a very narrow and steep staircase are 2 bedrooms and the only bathroom. Unit is clean and appears to be……

“Easy to locate & use street parking. The neighborhood seemed a bit rough, most neighbors were welcoming. 3 large bedrooms rare find at this pricepoint. The bed were fine but springs poked a bit. were poking and not super comfy. ”

“Stayed here with my 84 year old father and 4 teenagers. Dad enjoyed his space on the entry level, which also had it own half bath and thermostat. The rest of us had plenty of room upstairs. The location was great. We were able to get to our family in Wilmington in 20 minutes. The river park was merely a 5 minute walk away and the teenagers enjoyed it very much.....I felt it was safe enough for them to walk by themselves. “Property was as described and according to photos. Children’s toys only consisted of card games, and there was no children’s dinnerware which was listed as provided. Kitchen was not well stocked, as there were no baking supplies and we needed to use the oven. Beds were comfortable and there was ample bedding, pillows, blankets, and towels. There was ample parking. Ceiling fans were amazingly quiet and appreciated in each room. Was difficult to use showers only for children’s baths. Property……
