“We went here for Valentine's Day it was the perfect location with the perfect price. We brought our little dog too and was no problem. This place has high end finishings in the room, high ceilings and very nice underground pool which was awesome because it snowed. Can't recommend enough. ”

“This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. “The area is completely in construction-renovation stage and till today i cannot understand how they can accept guests in such condition... When booking it was said outdoor swimming pool, breakfast, etc, however nothing was working or ready yet. Could not stay longer there and left the hotel after 1night. Not recommended - at least before they can complete the renovation, which doesn't seem to be quick...”

“The property location is good and there are a lot of restaurant around. The only two comments are the hotel’s breakfast should have fruit. I only have the first day breakfast serving with fruit. Second, the hotel should replenish the teabags and complimentary water in the room. I stayed there for four days and there is no replenishment. ”

“En svært god gjesteanmeldelse og en gunstig pris gjorde meg nysgjerrig – og det ble avgjørende for at jeg bestilte. Jeg bodde her i 13 netter og har ingenting å utsette på oppholdet.
