Apartment of 31 square meters, totally refurbished early 2017.
2nd floor of a residence of character (Juanita Baïta), dating back to the 20, located on the seafront. The beach at the foot of the mmeuble ..
contemporary style. Furniture and lighting of major brands.
Room of 19 m2 very bright with large windows (double glazed) with impressive views of the bay and Sainte Barbe.
Incorporates a fully equipped kitchen, a seating area with sofa black full grain leather, a glass coffee table, a halogen lamp, TV 49 "and stereo.
Room 9 m2 with a bed of 1.5 x 1.9 m, a large closet for storage, a peripheral balcony overlooking the beach. Table and two chairs for al fresco dining. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, cabinets and glass shelves.

Ocean view in beautiful Saint-Jean-de-Luz

This apartment is very special, and perfect for two people! It is modern, clean, and offers everything you could possibly need! The location, with the unobstructed ocean view and central location is idyllic. Bertrand, the owner was wonderful, and very available for any questions. The check in process was convenient! We would highly recommend Bertrand’s lovely accommodation.

Emplacement idéal avec vue imprenable sur la baie. L'appartement est propre, équipé d'une kitchenette très bien pensée permettant de se restaurer face au paysage dont on ne se lasse pas.La situation permet de profitez de tous les charmes de la ville à pieds et de rejoindre la gare en 15 mn.Le propriétaire vous réservera un accueil chaleureux et sera partager les bonnes adresses. Urlaub am Atlantik

Wir hatten zwei sehr angenehme Wochen in Saint Jean de Luz. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und der Vermietern war auch sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage hat unser sehr gefallen. Direkt am Meer aber man ist auch schnell in den Pyrenäen oder in Spanien. Somit kann man herrlich Wandern und schöne Tage am Strand verbringen.

Fabulous location and views across the bay

Stunning location within 5 minutes of the centre of town, 3 minutes to the promenade and beach and views of the beach and across the bay and big windows to enjoy it all They have made brilliant use of the space and it is really well equipped etc but it's good to realise it is small. We are both 75 and while my wife was fine with that, with old age aches etc I found it a bit small as we live normally in a spacious place. So only a note of caution if that's important to you otherwise brilliant The landlord is great and really helpful
