“Motel Le Martinet albsoltely lives up to all the great reviews. My "vintage room" was impeccably clean, with new bed, sofa & bathroom. Nothing dingy about it at all which is always the traveller's fear with older establishments. The vintage feel is part of this motel's charm. The young woman at reception was very friendly & welcoming. Although I didn't stay for breakfast, I saw there was a nice variety of food. Great place to stop on the way to the east coast - not far off the highway and easy……

“Beautiful room, newly renovated. Very quiet in the evening. Air conditioning, excellent bed. Room had bottled water, packaged cookies and even a couple of chocolates. Have been on the road for 16 days (from BC on our way to Nova Scotia), this has been by far the best room we’ve stayed in. ”

“What a well-receiving, friendly and knowledgeable owner as Matthew is. Although the wifi was a bit poor, as most Canadian countryside bad infrastructure, we spent a wonderful night and a warm family-like breakfast. “Absolutely welcoming staff. Felt like we were most welcome guests. The pools and aviary are special. The balls and the life vests for littles show they care. And the restaurant is awsome. We loved everything we ate but all agreed the fisherman's luck was not to be missed. Hopefully we'll get to come back again.”
