“The time for checking in and checking out took too long. There was no specific passage for waiting in line. Although there are two to three receptionists, I had waited in one line while the other three hotel guests had checked in right next me. Same thing happened when I checked out the room.”

I booked 2 night but i checkout after one night slept. Totalling unceptable for any guess. I request……
