In the heart of Contis plage, in Saint Julien en Born, a stone's throw from the ocean, this beautiful detached house with garden and covered terrace sleeps 8, and is ideally located for beach, surf and nature lovers!

With your feet in the sand, you can enjoy its enclosed garden and covered terrace with your family or friends.

On one level, it comprises a kitchen, dining room - living room, two bedrooms, each with two single beds, one bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a shower room and a separate toilet.
The basement has a table tennis table, a summer shower room and an additional bedroom with two single beds.

Secure gated parking is available on the property.

Discover the famous Contis beach with all its summer activities, local and night markets, lakes and forests, cycle paths and tracks, surfing and many other activities on the Landes coast for an unforgettable holiday!
