"We booked this hotel after a trip cancellation. We booked online from the airport, it was quick ,efficient , and free transportation with their shuttle. A hot free breakfast was also included and it was very good. Great experience after a very stressful situation at the airport!"

The power went out and instead of making us deal with warming rooms and no electricity, the manager told us to move to an adjoining hotel at no expense to us. He personally stood in the hotel lobby to apologize for the inconvenience ..."

"Sandra was a superb host - kind, thoughtful and helpful. She was very responsive and communicative. The apartment was super clean, representative of the pictures and the little touches and extra goodies made the stay very comfortable.
