“Sweet place! Just what we needed! Beautiful water front view and very quiet. Being a first time VRBO user and tired arriving near midnight i couldn't find the instructions for the gate entry that Nelson had sent. He was very patient and guided us through. We enjoyed our stay their!”

“The check in process was easy . Very peaceful and very nice property . Just the ac wasn’t cooling down enough. But other than that everything was great ! Also the owners knew It was my birthday and they had a birthday card and banner for me which definitely made my day . ”

“We enjoyed our stay so much! The pool and pool floats were especially nice, and the children enjoyed the mushroom game and the kids’ room. The kitchen had a lot of appliances and supplies. There were designated pool towels and other thoughtful details throughout the beautiful house. The only challenge for our group was that all the bedrooms are on the second floor.”

“Retired couple who were in town for grandsons baseball games in Lakeland. House and neighborhood are terrific. Publix nearby is convenient.Electric recliners walk in showers and sturdy shower seat helped my wife who has MS. The pool is pretty big and very private.Laundry and kitchen areas are spacious and up to date. We’re relatively new to house renting but this is by far the best one we’ve stayed at. If the grandson is still in Lakeland we’ll be trying to rent this house again!!!”

“It's a lovely home and in a very quiet neighborhood. The air conditioning worked beautifully but there were fans in every room just in case. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were laid out nicely. It would have been nice if the downstairs bedroom had somewhere to hang clothes besides with the water heater in the bathroom closet. There weren't any hangers in there anyway, although there may have been some upstairs somewhere. The check-in process was incredibly seamless and the owner is……

“We had a great stay. The house was very clean and the hosts communicated quickly. We would stay here again if in the area.”

“The property was beautiful, very clean and had all described amenities. However, for a house that sleeps up to 22 people there was very minimal necessities, for example; no oven mits, zero extra towels/blankets/pillows, not enough plates/cutlery. No kitchen towels. I believe this is a newer listing so overall this property was great and worth the money but a 50 run to the dollar store would definitely make a difference. ”
