Charming 4BR, 2.5BA waterfront cottage in Eastern PEI - ideal summer getaway!

Seaview Cottage is a beautiful waterfront stay with four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, located on 8 private acres resting off the Gulf of St. Lawrence in beautiful St. Margaret's, Prince Edward Island.

Built in 2016, Seaview combines modern luxury with stunning ocean views. This executive cottage has four spacious bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 8+ guests. The master suite features an ensuite and direct deck access. The expansive deck includes both covered and open areas, plus a screened-in space with a propane fireplace. Seaview also boasts its own private stairs leading directly to beach. The beach is rocky directly in front of the cottage but a white sand beach is only minutes away.

Seaview is located 10 minutes from the town of Souris which has all the offerings of a quaint town. Seaview is a short drive to three renowned golf courses, various popular lighthouses, and Basin Head beach (Singing Sands beach).

Seaview is also pet friendly!
