“住在套房這邊又貴，又不在主樓什麼都不方便，連吹風機飲用瓶裝水都忘了給。接待隨便簡單，服務大概只有三星的標準。除了主樓，千萬不要住，進出非常不方便，Hotels.com不應給排名前五名的四星級評價，誤導旅客花費高價訂房，誤導旅客。但地點的確很棒。”

“ gute Lage, Altstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar, ansprechendes Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal - Poolzeiten für Kinder nur von 8:00-10:00 Uhr sehr unglücklich (während der Frühstückszeit). Hätten wir gewusst, dass die Kinder nicht am Nachmittag einfach mal für eine halbe Stunde in den Pool können, hätten wir wahrscheinlich das Hotel nicht gebucht. Auch das man als Erwachsener nur jeweils eine Stunde ohne Zuzahlung am Tag in den Spa- und Poolbereich darf, fanden wir sehr ungewöhnlich. ”

“Chambre très spacieuse, simple mais très bien conçue. La salle de bain est immense. La climatisation marche très bien et cela nous a été très utile car il faisait très chaud durant notre séjour. Le spa privé est un réel plaisir. Le propriétaire est très sympathique Le petit déjeuner est simple (manque un peu de choix ) mais très copieux et bien frais. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous recommandons ce logement. ”

“Beautiful place, newly reconstructed. No room service / no room cleaning during the stay, but amazing linen bed sheets. Unconvincing dialogs with the owners... 3 Danes (big dogs) running around. The scheme of breakfast need to change, now it is in style "do you want this, do you want that?"... no smorgasbord... Luxurious Italian restaurant inhouse. ”

“Très bon sejour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est affable et très aidant. Malheureusement pas d ascenseur et pour le 2ème étage c est un.peu compliqué. La diuche n était pas non plus totalement opérationnelle. Mais le restaurant est top et le personnel très dévoué. Les chambres sont bien et spacieuses. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. ”
