“Unfortunately the house has seen better times, the flooring is in a bad state of of repair, sockets hanging of the walls and what looks like telephone cables loose and not connected, luckily we did not have young children with us otherwise I would have said unsafe. There was no heating or hot water in the property and whilst the host offered to get someone in on the 2nd night there was still no hot water which meant the family had to find alternatives. “There was not good communication about the size of the room. This was listed as suitable for 6 people and it certainly was not. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, the adults not in pairs. But we were willing to push through for one night. The other problem was an inadequate amount of linen. We needed more towels and blankets/sheets. I called Samantha to ask about additional linen and her response was not what I expected. She asked if we were cold because the room was adequately warm and we’d be fine……

“Little Mill House is one of the most beautiful English cottages I've ever stayed in, me and my wife stayed there for 3 nights and didn't want to leave. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful tranquil time away to stay here! ”
