“The location is a bit far from the center town. The room is big and clean. Yet, the facilities inside the room are not satisfactory. There is a kitchen area next to the living room, the range hood is useless and cause poor ventilation. The staff at the check in counter has explained the house rules but didn't mention about the water heater is a storage type. I had a shower with cold water on my first night which was a terrible experience for me.”

“My daughter and I spent a few days driving around Uzes and environs, and having this elegant home with old stone spiral stairs, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable sleeping spaces and peaceful relaxing space to come back to made it all the better. Susan and her team were helpful and responsive, and I highly recommend this stay. ”

“I had late checkin at night and no one was at the reception. The hotel entrance is hidden even it's well location right next to the train station. It took me lots of time to find out that i should have received a password for the safe box to get my room key, however, i did not receive anything. Luckily the receptionist at IBIS budget was helpful and helped to call. And we finally got into our room after more than an hour late at night.... The room was dark, old, and small. I recommend……

“飯店很簡陋而且不清潔，我們一家四人住宿毛巾只給2條，去櫃檯要 態度不好 說放在櫃子裡！我們上樓翻遍了也沒有。 飯店走廊還因為省電 沒人走動會整條黑掉，所以一開門黑淒淒 孩子去隔壁找外公外婆都覺得很可怕。 我不會推薦人來住這間飯店。”

“Our room was simple but clean and comfortable. The shower was small and a bit dark but clean. Staff was very pleasant and the pool was lovely and clean. There is a bus to the city center if you prefer not to drive and park. Overall nothing elegant but good value for the price.”
