“This was the perfect apt right at the edge of old town and the public beach is a 4 minute walk. Beautiful view from the balcony (turn left ) and the apt was clean and comfortable . Air conditioning kept us cool.Our host met us, recommended things to do and made check in and out so easy. Even drove us to the airport when our Uber cancelled . We will be back !Merci !!”

“Firstly let me make clear that the owner Jack is an excellent host, with efficient communications throughout our stay. He arranged a private transfer from Nice Airport and met us on arrival to help us find the apartment. Then he took us on an orientation walk around the immediate environs pointing out local bakeries, butchers etc, plus some good places for eating out. Secondly the apartment is ideally situated for a real ‘French’ experience in the best part of the Old Town just off the manic……

“Die Lage ist echt spitze. 200 m zum Strand, 50m zum Bummeln, echt super. Saubere Unterkunft. Klimaanlage war sehr hilfreich. Guter Check-In. Einrichtung war einfach, aber alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar der Sonnenschirm für den Strand! Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer … einwandfrei! Parken im Parkhaus am Bahnhof 44€ für 5 Nächte.”

“Die Wohnung ist direkt am Strand und dazu gibt es einen Parkplatz, was super war, da einen Parkplatz zu finden in der Gegend sehr schwer war.Zusätzlich gab es noch einen Aufzug ,sodass wir nicht die Treppen hoch laufen mussten bis zum Dachgeschoss.”

“The apartment is a perfect blend of old and new. Newly renovated space right in the middle of the lively Old Town! The stay was within the middle of Old Town, just a 3 minute walk from the market and beach. The hosts were friendly and helpful!”
