“This property is a wonderful place to stay if looking for beautiful sun rises and sunsets, beautiful views, and quiet, peaceful surroundings. The home was spacious and wonderful. We loved the central room, containing a spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room (open floor plan). This room allowed everyone to be together and enjoy home cooked meals and lively conversation. We spent a lot of time on the porch overlooking the river, barbecuing, and spending quality family time together.”

“Comfortable beds, plenty of room to stretch out & enjoy each other’s company, reading on the sunporch, water balloons on the lawn, fishing and kite flying on the dock, a visit to Fossil Beach ( the littles went home with three shark teeth), early morning walks at the wildlife preserve, and a lovely celebratory dinner at 1710 Tavern. A wonderful week with family! Thanks so much for allowing us to experience such a beautiful place! ”

“Went to VA with our family(from Boston area) for a mini family reunion in the Tappahannock/Warsaw area. Stay @ Rapp was a great location. For exercise, we walked to the beach or used the golf cart on occasion. Community was welcoming and friendly. Neighbor next door was extremely helpful. House was clean and was as the pictures represented. We would stay again.”
