“We love the forgotten coast, House on the bay made for a great weekend.”

“We love Alligator Point and love staying at Fritz Carlton. The location of the house is perfect for us... away from hustle and bustle, yet within short driving distance to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Adam is the perfect host. If there is an issue, he immediately addresses it. While the house is not fancy or ornate, it is exactly what you should expect in a beach house. Perfectly furnished and a well stocked kitchen. We love it! And, will be going back soon! This was our 3rd stay with……

“I booked this home for a quick weekend getaway for my birthday. I wanted something on the water but not packed with tourists. The waterfront view coupled with the large screened-in porch was very nice. The house was as listed and had everything we needed for the stay. It is in close proximity (walking distance) to several of the local restaurants and a store. There were many species of song and water birds on the property and the bonus to the weekend was seeing a leucistic (white) squirrel in……

“This beach cottage is magical! I needed a peaceful and renewing vacation, and this lovely home was perfect. The decor is charming with a bit of whimsy, and it is very well equipped. Freshly planted flowers and plants added to the natural beauty of the location. We also saw lots of wildlife, including several young and well mannered gators at a nearby pond (is it called Alligator Point after all), an abundance of birds, and tons of horsehoe crabs.The property owner was wonderful and very……

“Connies Cottage is stunning! She is an amazing host! We had our pup with us, and she surprised him with a new toy! Her attention to detail is beyond words! We had an amazing time and will refer the cottage to all of our friends! ”

“A simple cabin with good privacy, well appointed for basic needs. We were there fishing and just needed a place to sleep and this was a great spot to come back to each day after getting off the water. It’s small, simple, clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again if we come back.”

“We had an amazing stay at Flip Flop Hideaway! The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and the house was comfy for our family. We have stayed at many rentals and never have visited one that was so thoroughly stocked. The hosts really go above and beyond to make you comfortable. FYI - you will want to stop and get groceries on your way in as there is not a grocery store nearby. We realized we forgot coffee and were worried about it but when we got to the house the host had a variety for us to use……

“2 issues arose. 1) we could not get into the property as the wrong key was left in the box . We finally got the manager to get us where the back up key was took additional45 minutes 2) the internet was almost non existent. We could not watch any tv programs or movies. Laptopsandand iPads ”

“Beautifully decorated beach house with all of the amenities! We stayed 7 days at The Pelican Post and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the thoughtful gift basket to the awesome upper deck, we enjoyed every minute of it! The house was immaculate and had everything...including some of the things that we forgot to bring! 😁This was one of the best vacations that we have had in the area. “The cabin was in a perfect location, just right off the Gulf of America. It was a short walk to the gulf. The yard was beautiful we built a fire and the fire pit was very nice when we got there the house smelt a little musky. The toilet was dirty. There was a toilet bowl brush right next to the toilet so I’m to make sure it was not just stained I took the brush and wiped and so it could’ve been cleaned And the showerhead a little sand debris. It would be nice if someone would put in a water……

“Love the house and location. We were 4 adults traveling to the Crawfordville area to visit other family. The house has comfy queen beds (instead of the popular full size) and that made all the difference. The view is wonderful. The outdoor shower was a special treat. We'll definitely book again when we're back in the area.”

“the property does have a very small bathroom. but the other rooms were very comfortable. Never could find the wifi password. Parking was not great at all. Still we had a great time!”

“This is a very small(700 square ft) and older cottage in an area around many other cottages RIGHT beside each other. It is located near a golf course. You can drive to the Carrabelle Beach about a mile or so away. The house did have a little fenced yard for our two dogs which was convenient. If you are not planning to spend much time in the cottage and don’t need much space, this will meet your needs.”
