“Situation de la propriété très bien. Nous déplorons qu'il n'y est pas d'état des mieux de fait à l'arrivée voire pire il faut aller chercher la clé dans la ville voisine. Ce qui n'a pas permis de faire constater les lacunes.”

“Das Objekt hat eine gute Lage, alles fussläufig innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar, insbesondere der Strand und alle Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Ein Parkplatz gehört auch zum Objket. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass wir erst einmal einen General-Hausputz vornehmen mussten. Das Objekt war zudem nicht gelüftet worden. Der Garten ist nicht gepflegt und Rasen kaum vorhanden. Für den geforderten Preis hatten wir eindeutig mehr erwartet.”
