I would prefer getting instructions and the like via email (directly). Also if there is a problem (lost key, appliance not working) there is not really a way to communicate, BUT everything went great. Great value. ”

“The room was very cute, as pictured, and clean but had some small issues with the lamps and the TV not working etc. The building door had issues and was often not properly closed, but was difficult to open when we first arrived, and we had to call and wait for instruction from the property manager. I found the process with pick-a-flat onerous with all the third party platforms, but they were responsive and helpful. ”
