“There was NOT one thing that could have made our stay better. We were celebrating our birthdays & “Tony” made sure it was a special stay. Tony gave us a delicious drink and a gift of chocolates. Our room was beautiful, comfortable & clean. The bathroom was big & spectacular. “It was clean. I barely started checking in and the lady said “only guests in the pool” I thought…kind of rude 1st thing to say? I needed a cot & when I asked they told me only one in the whole building was being used. It should not say they are available!”

“We went to our room and then left to see the area. When we returned to our room, our tv would not work properly. The gentleman, Mark, working at the front desk; came to our room and did everything to make the tv work. When it wouldn't, he moved us to an upgraded room at no extra charge. He made sure everything was perfect in the new room. He was so gracious and helpful. Breakfasts were very good, too. Great location to walk in Ligonier. We will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants……
