“Hotel room was very clean, great stop over whilst travelling for work.”

“No lift, but luckily they can offer the room in ground floor. Not near TGV station, it takes 4 tram stations. No toilet in "private bathroom". Some of the staff are rude.”

“Really great location for exploring Reims. About 15 minutes’ walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the cathedral, and only a stone’s throw from evening drinks in Place Stalingrad. Room was comfortable and quiet, with effective air conditioning. Breakfast was included and had an excellent selection - we particularly liked the loose leaf teas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cold filtered water was available from the foyer. WiFi was good throughout our stay.”

“We loved this hotel, it was a convenient stopover on the way back to Calais. It is located across from a huge Carrefour and near other restaurants too, and the motorway. It has a lovely clean pool, great food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and the rooms were clean and perfect especially with 3 separate beds for myself and 2 teen daughters! They are landscaping the outside areas behind the pool and am sure it will be a lovely added feature. I wish we had spent more time here to enjoy……

“酒店的服務非常好,入住前兩次電郵問我是否要幫我預訂些什麼,到達時前台的服務也很貼心。但房間衛生程度不合格。入住第一天,送給客人的巧克力已經打開,枕頭上有頭髮,地毯有上一位客人留下的食物,估計根本沒有更換床舖,我入住的幾天應該也不會換床舖。每天清潔都很隨便,浴袍髒了也沒更換,忘記給我們新的棉簽。以這個房價而論是不可接受”

“Hotel proche du centre ville. La chambre était grande et confortable. Annoncée comme chambre rénovée, la peinture de la porte de la salle de bains était toute griffée. C'est juste esthétique mais cela reste regrettable. Staff à la reception et au restaurant très sympathique et serviable. Le parking est très étroit et les manoeuvres délicates. ”

“位置在市中心，周边超市、餐馆不少，很方便，开车的话可以停在酒店旁地下停车场，每晚8.5欧，这个停车场与酒店有合作所以便宜。服务人员态度很好，很乐意帮助人。缺点就是房间太小，且朝向太差。”
