Family-Friendly Cottage with Large Garden in a Quiet Village, Close to La Rochelle

Gîte located on the first floor of an old house located in a hamlet. The ground floor is unoccupied. The accommodation consists of a kitchen with a lower part (children's relaxation area), a shower room, a WC with a low ceiling (1.20m/1.70m), a living room/lounge, 2 attic bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 single beds), and a third bedroom with bunk beds (140 downstairs, 140 upstairs). Wifi. Private, enclosed, landscaped garden of 750 m² (garden furniture, barbecue, electric grill, swing, pétanque court). Small outbuilding with ping-pong table and foosball table. Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €90/stay; Single bed rental: €14/bed/stay; Double bed rental: €28/bed/stay; Bathroom linen rental: €11/person/stay.
Additional: Electric heating fee: €13/day (payable on site).
This cottage is not suitable for charging electric vehicles or bicycles (municipal charging station 3 km away).

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- End-of-stay cleaning: €95.74 per stay
- Towels: €11.70 per person per stay
