“房间比较细，只能夠放一個打閞的行李箱”

“The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter……

“Ce n'était que pour une nuit. Disons que niveau accueil et confort, rien à dire. À préciser que l'étage n'est accessible que par un escalier droit et assez raide, et que l'insonorisation entre chambre laisse un peu à désirer.”

“Gute Unterkunft mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten nahe der Autobahn. Ruhige Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Ein Pool ist auch vorhanden. Der Check-in war leider erst nach der offiziellen Uhrzeit möglich, was schade war.”

“Had an excellent stay. Our room was very spacious and in a lovely garden setting. The hotel is an easy walk to the station as well as the centre of Beaune which is a beautiful place to visit”

“Nous sommes venus avec notre fils de 5 mois et nous avons très bien été reçus. Ils ont même eu une attention pour lui en lui offrant une petite peluche et des produits. Un matelas à langer avait étalement été mis à notre disposition. Nous avons trouvé ces petits gestes vraiment adorables ! Le personnel était très gentil et à l'écoute et arrangeant. Notre chambre était très bien décorée et spacieuse. Nous avons pu nous détendre pendant 1h au spa de l'hôtel avec piscine, hammam et sauna. ”

“Tout s’est très bien passé. Nous sommes arrivés vers minuit, un employé est venu nous accueillir et nous a accompagnés jusqu’à la chambre. La chambre était très propre et agréable, ce qui est pour moi le plus important. Même si l’hôtel n’a pas officiellement 4 étoiles, la propreté et le confort sont tout à fait comparables. Seul petit point négatif : il n’y avait pas de réfrigérateur ni de mouchoirs. Mais tout le reste était parfait. Merci aussi de nous avoir acceptés si tard dans la nuit. Nous……
