“We had two separate doctors visits and elected to rent a house rather than motel. The stay was very relaxing, comfortable and convenient. It was about 1 hour drive, but worth it to have space to relax, craft, watch tv and a break from B'hams stress. The house had most everything we needed, very clean, quiet neighborhood, convenient to shopping we needed and spacious. We recommend it for anyone needing a get away for a few days. Definately enjoyed the snow flurries. ”

“We needed a safe place to stay to attend multiple work related meeting in the area. Central location, easy to get to. If you have heavy luggage, this room is up several flight of stairs. Not a problem, just be ready for that. Slept well on the twin bed in the main room. It was COLD when we were there, and the heater worked so well. we were very comfortable. Nice hot water in the shower, but not in the bathroom sink, but that was not a big deal. This was a nice affordable, safe, place to stay.……

“This place was perfect for our family for a long weekend in Alabama. This lake house has it all… beautiful views of the lake, cozy deck, dock, fire pit, and outdoor furniture. We would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoors more. The home itself is a cozy lake house. 3 bed/2 bath. Nicely redone interior. Cozy furniture. All appliances and a well-stocked kitchen. A few minor rental repair and maintenance issues, but the space and comfort more than made up for it. Service……

“Property was just what I needed. 1 bed 1 bath. Had boat ramp right next to building with plenty of parking area, including covered parking for boat with power to charge batteries. Went when water way drawn down and boat ramp still usable and able to get to main lake/river. ”

“Lovely area right on the lake. Everything you would need to stay in the places. The only thing we were worried about is that we had not heard from anyone . I had messaged three times in the week with no answer so we were hoping everything was going to be ok. We asked another holiday maker staying near us and managed to make contact. We finally got the code for the door at about 4pm. After that it was great. Thank you ..”

“We stayed five nights to attend wedding festivities for my daughter in Ohatchee. The home was exceptionally comfortable and within a few steps of the lake. The view is enough to enjoy a stay without ever leaving the property. Owners are amazing and easily accessible to answer questions. Check in and check out was “easy-peazy” as a wise woman said. I would go back if only to recharge and refresh. A fully stocked kitchen was dreamy for a cook.”
