The check-in process was smooth, but there weren’t any instructions for things like where to take the trash, what to do with linens, or where to leave the keys at checkout.The A/C in the primary bedroom wasn’t working, but I didn’t notify the host, so that’s on me. We also couldn’t access the pool or other amenities, which we thought were included. I wasn’t planning to use them, but was curious to……
