Adorable two bedroom one bath renovated cottage with an amazing lake view! Huge deck with an excellent view of the lake perfect for relaxing in sun or shade. Enjoy the fire pit while roasting marshmallows or grilling out with friends and family. Enjoy access to the public beach a block away or utilize the free kayaks and paddleboard that are included with your rental. Public boat dock and launch conveniently located 100 feet across the street. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, skiing or just relaxing on the water. A perfect place for a winter get away with ice fishing and easy lake access to Kenosha County Snowmobile trails. Close to several ski hills including Wilmont, Alpine Valley and Grand Geneva! Birthday/4th of July weekend.

We had a great time at the cottage. We were really close to the water and the park. The outdoor deck was our favorite part as we would drink our coffee there in the morning and we watched the fireworks from the deck as well.

Great little place near the lake

Very nice cottage near the lake and also near town. Very clean and tidy. Great porch with a view of the boat launch. Enjoyed watching boaters come and go while having coffee. Also took one of the provided kayaks out for a lap of the lake.

Beautiful Sunsets!!

This cozy cabin by the lake was exactly what my family needed after a long stressful year. We spent most of our time on the deck. During the day you would see so many birds including a lot of hawks flying overhead. One time I got a glimpse of an Eagle, so beautiful! At sunset the sky would light up in so many gorgeous colors! If you are looking for a place to just relax and enjoy life for a bit I highly recommend this Cozy Cabin!!

Our stay

We came in for our annual family ice fishing trip. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location was almost as good as waterfront property. The cozy little house was perfect for what we needed.

Beautiful sunsets, convenient to everything , awesome stay.

I have stayed here 3x and love everything about it. This small home is very comfortable and clean and communication with the owners is excellent. Access to Paddock Lake for fishing and kayaking is easy and there is a Festival Foods market just west on 50. Overall a perfect stay.

Awesome stay as usual

This was my second stay at this home and I've already booked a third. It is perfect for remote work and the sunsets over Paddock Lake are spectacular. The home has everything that I need and is very comfortable.

Wonderful property, wonderful stay

Mike and Gina were great hosts. Their rental property, while clearly meant for summer adventures given its proximity to the lake, was cozy and warm in the depths of Wisconsin’s winter cold. We loved the fireplace, that great shower, and the gas stove for cooking our meals. The laundry is the kitchen was also super convenient. We hope to stay here again … perhaps when the weather allows us to use the kayaks and paddle boards.

Cute and what we needed

The cottage was a very cute small place to stay with my husband and our dogs. It was exactly what we needed. The deck is nice and furnished well. The inside was clean and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed while we were there.

Great Place

The house was in a quiet little neighborhood, quite a few people taking walks in the morning. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. It was close to both Kenosha and Lake Geneva, it was exactly what we were looking for. We had a couple of questions and the host was quick to respond to us. Overall, a great experience.

Everything we needed and comfortable.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights because we wanted to spend some quality time with our son and DIL who live near Hooker Lake in Salem. The house was clean and we had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. The deck with lakeview, two tables and firepit made our dinners fun and we enjoyed easy access to a variety of water sports including fishing Lake Geneva. I really wish we could have stayed longer. The area is peaceful and quiet and we loved being steps away from Paddock Lake. We especially loved seeing a swan family swimming near the dock around sunset.

Great location and value!

We stayed here for about a week. Waking up on the lake, starting and ending each day with the provided kayaks and paddle board made it hard to leave. Super easy check in and great communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Cozy and Comfy

If someone is looking for a cozy stay with a very nice view, this is the place. The porch is a lot of fun and in a perfect setting. The home was clean and organized. The hosts were very responsive since day one. Also a lot of places nearby, such as Target, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, KFC, Wendy's, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc. The cottage is in a great location. Overall, a great place to stay at! Thank you Mike & Jina.

Delightful!!

Nice clean and updated cottage steps to lake and pier. Superb outdoor space as well for southern and western sun with view of lake. Comfy couch indoor for snoozing. Comfy beds for night sleep. Close to park and shops. Everything included here. Can’t think of a thing we needed to bring besides our Netflix code. The Apple TV includes all the Apps you need for late night. Mike was always cordial and available when I had a question. We plan on returning!

Just what I needed!

Excellent location, beautiful views of Paddock Lake, peaceful, friendly neighborhood, comfortable, cozy home. Just what I needed to help get me through a tough time while waiting for repairs on my condo. Mike is the best, easy to communicate with and friendly, answered questions quickly. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds when they came for weekend visits. This property had everything I needed to stay for an extended visit. I would definitely stay here again - no disaster needed. Amazing!!!

This was absolutely perfect for my family of 5! Beautiful view, beautiful house, and the property manager was great! She even had a nice little surprise set up for us (S’mores) when we arrives! The kids went bonkers! I highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to relax and take some time to simply enjoy life away from the everyday hustle. We are leaving with great memories and wish we could have stayed longer!

Awesome cottage

Cottage is beautifully renovated and decorated, I wish I could take the contractors home! Everything has been thoughtfully done down to the bedding and linens. Host Jina even left us a special surprise. We had s'mores around the fire pit, shared stories on the deck overlooking the lake, paddled the kayaks, and swam in the lake. Even our dog had a great experience...she's currently having a recuperative nap
