“This was one of the worst homes i ever booked! Both bathrooms were dirty with a few bugs on the floor. One of the toilets didn’t work. I contacted the property manager as soon as we checked in to let them know about the problems and didn’t get a response until 11pm at night. After that response I heard nomore from anyone about my issues. So we were left having to use the masters bedroom bathroom the entire stay. If we wasn’t there my daughters 8th birthday I would have definitely went back……

“The chief benefit of this location was that it has a fairly open floor plan between the living room, dining room, and kitchen, which provided a good gathering space for the group.Beds weren't always the most comfortable, and there were definitely more beds per room than youd expect, but it did allow ”

“Had trouble getting into house, door knob was locked and igloohome would not open. I suggest that you put ice cube trays in the freezer we had to buy a bag of ice, trays would have been helpful. Also no dish towels or wash cloth to do dishes. I know there was a dishwasher but we didn't use that many dishes or glasses. The last thing, the upstairs did get very cold. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom and it was plenty cold but upstairs not so much. Thank you.”
