“Do not trust any good reviews for this property or accept to stay in room #2. There were things in this apartment that were broken, terribly stained, in disrepair, and not clean! We have pictures and videos of our check-in and Expedia and owner refuse refund or credit! Inmense amount of mold in washing machine and smelled terrible! Dirty dishes left in the dish washer. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, dass ich für den Hundestrand extra zahlen muss, obwohl es die gleichen Liegen sind die ich bereits im Preis bezahlt hatte.

“My family & I had a fantastic time in Jesolo. Checking in to the villa was very smooth & was very clean & well equipped with everything you would need. The pool was great to keep cool in the hot weather! The owners were extremely helpful. Had a minor issue with the ground floor shower that was sorted very quickly and without fuss. And 4.2 runs from morning from midnight about 22:00 so no need to worry about transportation too much."

"The hotel itself is new and clean. The bed was comfy.
It’s located in a more industrial like zone. Not much actions or must take a train or a taxi to Venezia.
However, despite having ViP member status of hotels.com, it’s claimed to have some VIP benefits. However , I was not upgraded nor provided the $10 credit during my stay. The late check is only until 12:30 despite the hotel looks low occupancy during my check out . That’s a pity. "
