“The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was amazing and spotless. Would definitely recommend ”

“Second time staying, a beautiful place tucked away just outside Norwich.
Staff very friendly, my room in the cottage was lovely.
Breakfast was ok, with a small choice but was adequate.
You can go for a walk near the hotel but it is a very busy road with no pavements so take care.”
“Lovely room. Ours was at the top, it was a hot night and heat rises! We did have the windows open but it’s quite a busy road so lots of road noise. The blind also let in a lot of light too and if light sensitive there was a bright green light shinning in the ceiling. Bed very comfortable as were the pillows. Restaurant packed and the food was good. I had the roast and my husband had the mutton curry - huge potions. Staff very helpful and smiley but rushed off their feet. ”
“ Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. ”
“Lovely Rustic Charm, great next to the Broad, freedom to come & go -totally idyllic for me. Quiet, peaceful and commutable to local town, train station. Relaxing and would love to return. Basic but suitable cooking facilities, hot water, good shower, comfortable accommodation. ”
“A lovely little find, perfectly located for a trip on The Broads, or sitting watching the boats and wildlife. Great sized rooms. Excellent choice of breakfast freshly cooked. Enjoyed a couple of evening meals on site. Staff go above a beyond and are icing on the cake at this lovely old hotel. ”
