Welcome to the Frontside Hacienda! Part of Ark River Haciendas located on the banks of the Arkansas River, this newly remodeled, spacious and private oasis is just what you need for your Salida vacation getaway!
Located in the ♥️ of downtown Salida, you will be just footsteps away from all of the best things this city has to offer. From river fun, kayaking, rafting, tubing, fishing, hiking, biking, to shopping, galleries, coffee shops, sampling local eats and brews and enjoying live music, to skiing at Monarch (only 25 minutes away), ice skating, snowmobiling, and so much more. Play hard all day, then come home and relax, sip on your favorite beverage while soaking in the hot tub in the courtyard. Frontside Hacienda is the perfect spot for entertaining & enjoying time with family and friends! Location! Location! Location!

The Frontside Hacienda is part of a duplex. If you have a large group and need more space, we also have the Riverside Hacienda (VRBO # 869751) located on the back or river side of the property that may be available for your dates. Please let us know if you might be interested in booking both units together!

Frontside Hacienda:
-Enjoy the expansive & fully equipped kitchen with an island dining table. Accordion window in the kitchen opens up to the courtyard.
-The master suite includes a king bed & private bath.
-The first bedroom includes two twin size beds.
-The second bedroom includes two queen size beds.
-A second full bath is located down the hall from the bedrooms near the entryway.
-The courtyard off of the kitchen has a gas grill for the nights you want to stay in a BBQ.
-The hot tub is in the private courtyard with an outdoor dining area & indoor/outdoor bar window off of the kitchen.
-There are 2 cruiser bikes provided for guest use.
-Laundry is available and located in a closet in the kitchen area.
-The Frontside Hacienda does not have A/C.

Frontside Hacienda is a dog friendly home! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs with prior approval, pet policy agreement, and a nonrefundable fee of $100/stay.

Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, coffee filters as well as face, hand, & bath towels are all provided.
