“We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. ”

“The hotel vibe is FUN! Our room was comfortable, clean and colourful. We loved the little notes on the mirrors. Unfortunately it was pouring rain when we were there so we didn't get to walk from the hotel as much as we wanted but we still appreciated how close the hotel was to many dining and shopping options. The entire environment from the rooms to the restaurant are welcoming and vibrant. The staff is exceptional at Mama Shelter Toulouse. Highly recommend for a budget conscious, super cool……

“Calidad/precio inmejorable. Todo ha sido perfecto, desde la buena atención en recepción, que por cierto hablan español, la piscina, el apartamento. Desde allí tienes no demasiado lejos pueblos mediavales muy bonitos. Un único detalle, la fianza tardó aprox. 4 dias en retornarse, por lo visto habitual al ser un banco extranjero. Hace tiempo he dejado de pernoctar en mi país porl os precios abusivos. Sinceramente, lo recomiendo. ”
