Mold on second story ceiling in hall way. Floor in room very rough and bumpy. The floor by the ac unit on wall is almost nonexistent and felt like I was going to fall through. Just felt dirty.

This was rated an 8.8 and nearly $200. Not even close to worth the cost. The night clerk was out front smoking when we arrived. The room smelled like smoke and marijuana. The beds were ok, but everything felt dingy and run down. Room is very small and tight. Mold in shower. Original toilet seat with chips and cracks in it. The breakfast lady was extremely rude and not helpful. The coffee was cold and she did not offer to brew more. Def

It seems like a nice place so far for what we need. The staff at check in was very polite and accommodating to our needs for extra towels and bedding. So far the only odd thing is a neighbor who yells (very loudly) odd things from his room. Hopefully that is the last we've heard of him so we can rest.

Took 4 attempts to get into a room. First room TV didn’t work. No apology - switched rooms key didn’t work - then gave us room with wrong beds - new room key didn’t work again - then finally did and person working did not think the inconvenience of it all was a big deal. Breakfast was medicore

Open doors

First room had a window that didnt didnt close all the way. First floor and 26 degrees. They did change my room but the reason im on the first floor is difficultly breathing. Took close to 8 trips back and forth to get everything moved. Exhausted, good thing I was at a hotel.

The service was great especially the breakfast guy. He was the nicest most hard worker we have ever seen at a hotel, and we have been at hundreds of hotels with our travelling wrestling team.
