The location is adjacent to the Marty Bender wildlife hiking trail. Great morning hike along the Smoky Hill River. Plenty to do on the property as well, but we didn’t have afternoon or evening time available as we were in town for my son’s wedding. The basement has a rustic “dude cave” that we explored. New appliances, two full bathrooms, and……

“Comfortable stay with great kitchen amenities ( minus a few tools). The central AC was amazing in the Kansas heat. However, the neighborhood and location was rough- very Motel 6. The back door to the balcony shown on the photos wouldn't open. ”
